Hologram Patch Film for ID Cards Protection

Suzhou Image's holographic patch film can be adapted to IDP and Evolis lamination equipment, and each roll of patch film can print approximately 600 ID cards. After lamination, the hologram patch-type laminate film provides protection on your printed cards, making them more durable, secure, and preventing wear and fading. Holographic patch laminates introduce additional overt and covert security features, making the hologram on the printed card eye-catching and difficult to copy.

Holographic Patch Laminate Film Applications

Application: standard-size PVC credentials, a regular form for foreign driving licenses, and personal identities.

Certify Organization: local Traffic management bureau, large enterprises, and institutions security management department

How to use: Requires the use of a special laminator. Insert the card and the hologram patch film into the laminator slot, and then set the temperature and speed on the control panel. The machine will heat and press the patch-type laminate film onto the card, ensuring a secure bond. Once the process is complete, the laminated card will emerge from the other side. Allow it to cool for a few seconds. our card is now securely laminated with the patch film, providing added durability and protection.

Features: There will be a slight gap around the perimeter of the card, the security layer can’t 100% cover the entire id cards, with strong anti-scratch function, hard to lift up after lamination.
