Hologram Patch Overlay Description

IMAGE hologram overlay patch is a transparent layer made of high refractive index technology, in which a generic holographic image is embedded, which can add appropriate security to the card.

To meet the high-security requirements of special projects, Suzhou Image can provide fully personalized holographic designs to enhance the card's security level and counterfeiting threshold, making counterfeiting impossible.

In addition to anti-counterfeiting properties, the holographic patch overlay acts as a protective layer to protect the card from abrasion, UV exposure, and other harsh environmental effects.

Holographic Patch Overlays Application

Image Technology produces patch overlays in two different specifications, 0.6 mil and 1.0 mil. They are commonly used for passes, driver's licenses, vehicle registration cards, social security cards, campus cards, garden cards, etc. They can extend the service life of the card and protect personal information from tampering.

Release film 50um, patch film 15 micron.

For single-sided or double-sided lamination.

The patch does not cover the entire surface of the card (near the edge).
